Culture Night at the Solas Art Gallery Ballinamore

FRIDAY 17TH SEPT 8PM

Solas Gallery, Ballinamore, will once more host an exciting event as part of national Culture Night on Friday September 17th. from 8- 9.30 pm.

·         Artist Lizzie Kinsella will share some insights on her work (currently showing at the Gallery), her life as an artist and as a lecturer in fine arts.

·         Renowned pedal steel guitarist Richard Nelson will perform a set of music on this unique instrument. Richard is a well-known session musician and has performed alongside many nationally and internationally famous solo artists and bands.

·         Guitarist and Banjo Player, Philip Tierney has promised and eclectic mix of Irish and Scottish music with maybe a little bit of blues thrown in for good measure.

Culture night will be held in the walled courtyard* at the back of the Four Seasons (access through the side entrance) with access to the gallery space in small groups as Covid restrictions allow. Any minors should be accompanied by an adult. Refreshments will be served

There will be limited spaces available so booking is essential.
